The MOAVIS Code

The Code of Conduct is grounded in the Purpose of MOAVIS and the core values we share. It establishes a common frame of reference to help us determine how to behave and to do what is right.

A shared frame of reference

The MOAVIS Code – ethical frame of reference

Knowing, understanding and respecting the Code is an integral part of our identity as MOAVIS professionals. Whether we are working with fellow MOAVIS partners and colleagues or with others, we rely on one another to be aware of our ethical responsibilities.

Our Code of Conduct takes into account the evolving global context, the nature and practice of our activities, and our obligation, as trusted professionals, to always maintain ethical conduct in spite of all these changes.

The Code is one of the tools available to us to help guide our professional conduct. It is intended to serve as a frame of reference, not a fixed set of rules. It cannot cover every situation we may encounter; rather, it aims to uphold our values through our day-to-day behaviour and ethical decision-making.

Everyone's responsibility

The MOAVIS Code – collective responsibility

We all have an important role to play. We embody the behaviours set out in this Code and embrace our commitment to its values. This is everyone's responsibility. We must collaborate at all levels to understand and rigorously apply these professional behaviours and ethical standards, and to develop the skills that enable us to do what is right.

If we find ourselves in a situation that conflicts with our Code, we speak up. We know it takes courage to raise concerns. Reports of rule violations are handled with discretion, and we have zero tolerance for retaliation. When in doubt or faced with a dilemma, we ask for help: local and network-wide resources are available.

Every employee must ensure the continuity and promotion of the MOAVIS ethical culture.
