Our reputation is built on trust, integrity and the delivery of lasting, high-quality value. Our success depends on adhering to professional standards, applicable laws and regulations, and ethical obligations, which we uphold in the delivery of innovative, quality work.
Integrity and fair competition
We demonstrate integrity when we:
- Negotiate and enter into contracts with our clients, suppliers and other parties in compliance with the law.
- Honour our contractual obligations and the agreed terms and conditions.
- Are transparent in explaining what the amounts billed for our services correspond to.
- Accurately record time spent on our work and expenses incurred.
We compete fairly by:
- Not entering into any agreement, formal or informal, with competitors aimed at illegally restricting competition, fixing prices, or allocating clients, markets, employees or services.
- Respecting the confidentiality of our competitors' information.
- Only gathering information about competitors where it is publicly available, or where doing so does not constitute a breach of our legal or contractual obligations.
Anti-corruption
We never engage in corrupt practices. This principle is fundamental to preserving the trust of our partners, staff, clients and all those we work with.
We know the identity of our clients and the parties with whom we do business, and we comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards. If we suspect criminal conduct, we take appropriate action.
We do not conduct any activity that violates applicable economic sanctions, and we do not assist clients in breaching applicable sanctions laws.
We never solicit, accept, offer, promise or pay bribes, including facilitation payments, directly or through a third party. ("Bribe" does not only mean cash payments. It can be anything of value, including:
- Consulting fees and commissions paid to parties who provide no services,
- Payments in kind, including anything of value other than cash, such as travel, accommodation, entertainment, job offers and gifts,
- Jobs offered to family members of public officials outside of the normal recruitment process,
- Sponsorships/donations.)
