An active role in society
In a global, sustainable and inclusive economy, we play an active role in society by putting our skills and experience to work in solving important problems, including those related to ethics, integrity and trust. We thus contribute to building a more sustainable society through our services that transform businesses and civil society.
Our activities are also aligned with broader development goals and contribute to reducing environmental impacts. Through our professional expertise and collaboration with other stakeholders, we take part in addressing important societal challenges.
We respect the customs and traditions of the countries where we operate. If these customs and traditions conflict with the Code, we conduct internal consultations to determine how we can respect both the Code and local cultures and traditions.
We build trust with our stakeholders by demonstrating care, openness and honesty. We strive to reduce the environmental impact of our activities, and we support our clients in pursuing the same approach.
Relations with authorities and public engagement
We participate in discussions on the development of laws and regulations in ways that serve the public interest and our Purpose. We uphold the rule of law in our interactions with regulatory bodies. We engage with public and professional authorities in a respectful, open and candid manner.
Contracts concluded on behalf of MOAVIS with public and professional authorities are managed by designated partners and staff. We respond promptly to requests for information from public and professional authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and our professional obligations. We encourage and support participation in activities within society.
We do not present our own political views as those of MOAVIS. We do not take any action without approval that could create the appearance that MOAVIS supports or opposes any political or religious opinion, charitable organisation or commercial product.
Human rights and labour principles
We are committed to respecting and supporting universally recognised human rights. We actively avoid any complicity in the violation of these rights. We comply with applicable labour and employment laws, and apply internationally recognised labour principles in our operations.
