We all have a role to play in protecting the various types of confidential information entrusted to us:

  1. We only use systems and applications approved by MOAVIS in the course of our work.
  2. We do not disclose any confidential information inappropriately, including on social media.
  3. We exercise caution when discussing client-related matters in public.
  4. We ensure that physical copies of confidential information are properly protected.
  5. We promptly identify any unintentional disclosure of confidential information and report the situation to our management if necessary.
